ABOUT US
Jonathan began shooting in 8 Ball and 9 Ball Tournaments in January 2010. After 7 years of playing, He become frustrated with other Leagues (sandbagging, bending the rules, favoritism). Jon searched for a better alternative and found the UPA. After research he decided that the UPA was just what he had been looking for and wanted to introduce it to his fellow competitors who have also began to feel disappointed with their leagues.
UPA is a cash league with one set of rules that govern every state; no area bylaws (Someone who plays in Arizona will have the same guidelines as Maryland)
